Awesome Con 2015 has come and gone! It was my 2nd year appearing in Artist Alley and I had a pretty good experience. I was at the tail end of one of the aisles, but I still had a pretty good turnout. I want to thank everyone soooo much for visiting me at the event! More photos and review/log of events after the jump! XOXO
This weekend at The Walter E. Washington Convention Center, I will be appearing at Awesome Con’s Artist Alley! Table F-22 Is where you will find me. If you have trouble, please refer to the map:
The Pond Family – Available in Small & Large Prints
Firefly Set – Available as 12×18″ Print
Hope you all have fun! Stop by and say hi!
I had a wonderful time at Wizard World Philadelphia! This year, I was a spectator instead of in Artist Alley. I helped out my job who had a booth at the convention. My job also hosted a post-con party with Wizard World at The Field House. I only had time for 1 drink since I had to catch a train. :(
See more photos and recap after the jump!
I had a wonderful Saturday celebrating Free Comic Book Day and Maifest in Philadelphia! I picked up comics from Atomic City Comics after waiting in a pretty long line. It was really fun and a great experience! FCBD brings a large crowd for comics fans. The crowds were already pretty large for the Spring Festival celebration which had food vendors, artists and live music. Here are a few pictures from Spring Festival & Free Comic Book Day!
The Great Philadelphia Comic Con has come and gone! It was a local convention for me during the weekend of April 3rd-5th. It was great to be at a convention so close to home! I’m glad I went since I met my friends again and possibly made more!
More photos and my review of the con are after the jump!
“… I have been, and always shall be, your friend.”
Hello, All! I’ve been busy with the day job (and snow days!), so I’d like to post what I’m doing for convention season. I may have more Walking Dead and other pieces to post in the near future. The problem is that I always hate lots of things I work on, haha! This is already one of my favorite pieces, and I don’t have many. :D

My Best Moments of 2014:
- Meeting & talking with Ron Glass, Alan Tudyk, and Nichelle Nichols
- Traveling to New Comic Cons (Awesome Con & Special Edition: NYC)
- Discovering Ello months later than everyone else :P
- Remembering why Tumblr is important for brands & artists: http://bit.ly/1xwHuj6
- Buying my first car. :D
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,500 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 42 trips to carry that many people.
It finally came! My entry is on page 406 and this is filled with crazy-talented illustrators from around the globe. The objective of this directory is to get illustrators seen by the publishers or anyone who hires freelancers. I would like to get my work published as book covers but I know I have a lot of work ahead of me to achieve that goal. Since I also work full-time it will be a fun challenge for me. If you’re in the same boat, the hardest part is planning out time to do your own projects after spending 8-9 hours doing the same for the day job. It’s going to be a tough road, but I am willing to work for it.
This past weekend was spent visiting The Great Allentown Comic Con. I was excited to meet Nichelle Nichols of Star Trek! This was my first time attending the con, so I decided to stop by as a visitor to see potential for exhibiting there for next year.
Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission Happy Wednesday! Yesterday, I was contacted by the wonderful people from the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission in Philadelphia. It is an amazing organization that aims to help the homeless community with shelter, food, and recovery. I have decided to donate my art to Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission to help with personalizing the resident’s spaces. Whether you are in the Philadelphia Area or elsewhere, please consider ways to help on the Holidays or throughout the year. Below you will find Sunday Breakfast’s contact info: Social Media

“I finally have an #Ello profile!” Said everyone months ago. :P
Over the years, I have come across many people who may not know what to do when hiring their first freelancer. I thought I’d give a quick list of what you should do when you are in need of creative services. When hiring a freelance Illustrator or Designer, it’s important to inquire about their services in the CORRECT way.
